The location is great, so close from Grand central. The rooms are perfect, clean and the beds are comfortable

Good size room & excellent location, however, the room was dark, the bed was uncomfortable and there wasn’t toiletries such as a shower cap etc, only shower gel & shampoo and conditioner. We also had issues with our room not being cleaned until after 5pm, despite multiple requests all afternoon.
