The staff, specifically Alysse was INCREDIBLE! She was so warm & friendly, upgraded our check-in to 11 am and our check out to 2 pm when my friend and I were lost in Brooklyn. We also received 2 free bar drink chips and $25 in a voucher for the bar or snack store from her. She was so lovely that I would return just because of her! My friend and I enjoyed our clean room, the location, and the fun amenities that Moxy’s always offer like the bar, the DJ, and the games. My friend and I plan to return to the Moxy again in the summer. 😊

Rooms are extremely small and you have to almost beg for housekeeping. I asked for the trash to be cleaned and they just left a trash bag, another day had to ask for toilet paper, and towels. If im staying at a hotel I expect my room to be cleaned and refilled when I come back, not to have to ask everyday for it. Also you can’t order room service and if you order Uber eats you have to go downstairs to pick up. I traveled with my 5 month baby so if he was sleeping I couldn’t get any food, so what’s the point of staying at a hotel with a restaurant. The front desk staff however was really nice and accommodating.

Nice, stylish hotel. Great transport links. No wardrobe but in fact I found the wall hooks far more convenient. One small issue: could use more hangers in room and some broken lights. Not much interaction with staff, but they were all very pleasant.
