Horribly maintained property- except cleanliness- lights not being able to be turned on in fitness center, trash took 4 days to be taken out of ice mach room, cancellation threatened- understandable- updating credit card, BUT staff member- insisted I had to call back when Manager back- I told staff member I was between flights to NYC- horrible upper management and property need

Location was great. The only thing that was a problem for us was that the room decor and bathroom need to be updated. Overall, it was a convenient location.

The room and general ambience outside the lobby were very average and unimpressive. The rooms did not include a fridge or coffee maker and there were no options for breakfast at the hotel - not even a coffee

Room n out hung like the pictures. Stains, looks overrun. For a $1500 dollar hotel you expect a better looking room. Sink and bathtub clogged up the whole trip.
