This was our first time visiting NYC. We didn't really know where to begin, when it came to hotels. We decided to try for a place near Times Square. When we found this hotel online, we were immediately drawn to the modern, clean design. It's sometimes difficult to just book a place, without seeing it in person, and we have had bad experiences in the past, so my expectations were somewhat low, mostly to prepare myself in the event of disappointment. My husband dropped me off at the door, so I could begin check-in, while he parked. I was greeted by a kind, friendly woman at the check-in desk, who went over all the lovely amenities and benefits of our stay. Our view, while not a direct view of Times Square, was wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lobby/lounge/bar area was so much fun! I love that we were able to easily walk Times Square and Rockefellar, as well as our Broadway show! I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I loved staying here! The location was just perfect. Super close to time square and the subways we needed to take. The car was able to pull up easily for pick up and drop off which was incredible. Loved that you could walk from the hotel to time square but you weren’t in the middle of the commotion. The room felt big and had a lot of storage options. The bathroom and especially showers weren’t my favourite and the lighting could use some work for makeup but honestly all small complaints. I will definitely book again on my next trip. The rooftop bar was the perfect way to end the night.

Property was accessible and clean. Housekeeping on our floor (Evangelia) was exceptional. Staff was excellent. A great property and we will be back next time we are in NYC!
