Property was accessible and clean. Housekeeping on our floor (Evangelia) was exceptional. Staff was excellent. A great property and we will be back next time we are in NYC!

M Social doesn’t quite deliver as it could. The concept is good; a large open plan lounge, bar, restaurant with terrace overlooking Times Square but it’s not big enough. Long waits at the bar for service and limited seating. On Saturday evening having returned to the hotel at 11pm after 30 mins waiting to order a drink we just gave up and went to bed! The restaurant menu needs to move into the 21st Century - not one vegan option and vegetarian options only by chance rather than by design. Long lines for the elevators at busy times made even more frustrating during our stay by one of the two street to lobby elevators being out of service for much of our weekend. This resulted in long lines just to get into the hotel at all times of day and night. Finally even for New York the small lobby shop is crazily expensive, there’s a convenience store around the corner which is half the price and has twice the range.

Everything was very nice, except that our room was really cold all the time. We left the heating on, but the room never really warmed up at all. It remained cold.

Check in a mess. Nobody directing us in how to find our way to registration. 15 minute wait fr elevator to find lobby. Surprise fee added to bill, even after those practices were outlawed.

The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to any Broadway show which is what we came to NY for. The hotel is modern, clean, has great staff, great outdoor bar and patio area. The rooms are attractive, comfortable and have everything you need. We had a view of Time Square. This hotel is convenient for walking to hundreds of restaurants and NY City landmarks. We will definitely stay here again when we come to NY.
