The room is not clean properly. A lot of dust.

This hotel is excellent location for getting to Times Square, MSG, and shopping. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and entertainment. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and there is security not so obviously present that secures the premises. This is our 5th stay!

Eventi has been my home base in NYC for almost ten years. I stay there 3-4 times a year, with and without my husband and children. The service is exceptional, from the front desk to the valet and bell services. It's a perfect location - a 15 min walk to hudson yards (shopping, dining, peloton studio, the high line), and a 20 min or so walk to the times square area - which is a convenient spot but away from all the chaos. Amazing dining locations nearby and a quick ride downtown to more shopping, activities, parks, etc. Jenn at the front desk always takes great care of us!
