Very friendly staff at check in during second shift and for valet service. He was multi tasking and kept smiling through it. The breakfast experience was average in the hotel restaurant and we were expecting a little more being in NYC. The only issue with the hotel we noticed was a customer pointed out an issue with the elevator not working properly. The view of the Empire State Building at night time was stunning from our room and made my mother’s evening! We would definitely stay here again.

Tiny room, no frills room, bed very low to ground, not super clean. Good location and walkable within 5 min to subway.
