Hotel Mulberry was a nice surprise. I chose it for location as my usual hotel choice was sold out. The hotel is located on a quieter block of Mulberry Street, across from the quaint Columbus Park ~ a short walk to Tribeca, etc., etc.

At first I wasn't sure I would like getting my coffee in the lobby, but it was excellent coffee! Also, I don't think I have ever stayed in a cleaner hotel! Each day, when we returned to our room, it had been cleaned thoroughly!
The beds and pillow were comfortable with soft sheets that weren't "loud".
I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The location is perfect for visiting anything and everything downtown - and in close proximity to many restaurants and other food options.

I loved the big room with a panoramic view over Colombia park. I love well-functioning blackout drapes, and that the park becomes very quiet at night. Staff was welcoming and helpful. I love being in a neighborhood my NYC friends want to visit! Don't mind a bit that their isn't free breakfast, gym, 24 hour doorman, etc. -- size and comfort are premium, I'd happily stay there again.
