Loved the design of the rooms, unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed on our stay! Otherwise amazing

The rooms were very compact and lighting was poor, the images of hotel on Expedia portray rooms to look bigger than what they actually are. The rooftop bar also small. Bathtub very slippery water pressure in shower too strong. It wasn’t terrible but not the best hotel experience.

Was not offered water. Gym very small. Tv in room is not smart tv. Room a bit small

Really dusty. The room was smaller than what they portrayed it as. Conditioner and shampoo were not consistent it was just for display, they were empty. The room had poor lighting. Upon checking out I was asked if I wanted my receipt to which I said yes and I never received it.

We take pride in our service and cleanliness and surprised by the feedback. As far as the shampoo and conditioner, the dispensers were recently installed, and as you can tell have not been filled purposely as we are waiting for the delivery of the product. These items however were in your room and replenished. If you are still waiting on your receipt, let us know as we do have an email on file. Once again, our apologies.

Small !had to figure a way to keep bathroom door open so we used the hairdryer worked great.water pressure was fantastic and there are 3 rooftop bars within minutes from there
