Overall good property with convenient location. Easy access to the subway and walkable to several attractions. First time in NYC and probably won't stay so close to Times Square next time, but made for a fun trip!

There was a 1am fire alarm during our stay. It turned out to be a false alarm, or so we thought because we never received any notes or acknowledgement from the hotel. When the FDNY left the premise without a word, everybody just started heading back into the hotel.
Elevators can be slow at times. Otherwise, our rooms are clean and good for what they are.

I love the desk staff and hotel manager Mr Bueno. They were friendly and very helpful during my checkin. I was able to get my room earlier than expected. So very helpful when you are so excited to get out and go sightseeing!

Lots of homeless on property. NY hotel rooms are small, but these ones are really small even the hallways. The elevators were either not working and when they did work they took very long. I would not recommend this property.

I would have given it 5 stars of the elevators were both working. The staff were nice and kept the room tidy. Convenient location to all Tiktok places to visit.
