The staff were so welcoming and made us feel really comfortable. It is a great hotel for discovering Manhattan, close to Grand Central with the excellent Perfect Pint Irish bar close by.

Excellent staff. Rooms, breakfast, noise levels, etc. are not great but good location and didn’t break the bank.

This is a ‘bare-bones’ Hampton Inn. Rooms are pretty tight, no mini-fridge, average wear snd tear. Wall AC effective but loud. Breakfast 0ptions included cereal, yogurt, a pot of watery oatmeal, apples and bananas, bagels etc. and passable coffee (not a Marriott!). Location is the main selling point.

Great stay at this hotel. Lovely staff and breakfast was good. Rooms are pretty dated however, could do with modernising. Bed was very comfy and slept lovely though.

Great location just by Grand Central Station and easily walkable to Times Square/Broadway/ESB/Central Park/Rockerfella etc.
Breakfast good selection.

Staff friendly and very helpful! I especially apprecoated Victoria at the front desk who gave me suggestions on places to eat and directions to different attractions. Rooms decent size for NYC , clean, nice washroom with great shower head and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and type changed slightly daily.
Only suggestions was to have frigs in room and ventilation fans in washrooms as room got a little muggy.
