Only having one elevator was only an issue during breakfast/checkout times. The wait was up to 10 minutes during those times, so we had to plan accordingly. Otherwise it was a great location.

2nd elevator not working which caused a long delay from the 19th floor down to first floor.

The second elevator was down during my entire stay. It took a long period of time to get to my room and down to the lobby.

Stayed 4 nights and 1 of the 2 elevators was out of order the entire time. Flashing light on fire alarm in the room all night long

An elevator was out of order for our entire stay creating significant inconvenience. The condition of room furnishings and bathroom finishes was poor. Breakfast was mediocre. AC was loud. Housekeeping staff worked quickly and efficiently despite elevator issues.

Really nice room, exactly as pictured. It had everyrhing we needed, a desk to put stuff down, a nice closet with hangers and a safe, a full length mirror, a chair, a fridge, and tissue boxes in bathroom and bedroom (finally a hotel that thinks of everything!). The lobby and breakfast area are welcoming spaces. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean. We liked the area too, very walkable and convenient to transit. It felt like a little oasis to return too. We recommend and would stay again!
