The only downfall is spending a lot of time waiting on elevators and housekeeping in a lot of the elevators that service the guests.

Staff and service was excellent. Free cookies and bottled water. Great location. Didn't like the wait for the elevators. Too slow. Bathroom door didn't close all the way so not much privacy. Bathroom was also small and not much counter space.

Great location and the staff is fantastic! Venetta, at the front desk, went above and beyond to make our check in and stay perfect!
