Breakfast service and area was good with good options. Bed was in horrible condition, visible sags in the bed mattress and extremely uncomfortable.

Worst place I have ever stayed in manhattan kansas. Dirty, made me feel gross, A/C broke, we moved to 3 different rooms in our 3 day stay. I have been dealing with getting a refund and the management staff is rather rude and blames these problems on other staff members. Won’t be staying here again for sure.

Bed was comfortable, staff at the checkin was very pleasant and friendly. Bathroom was fine. Room was large and very nice. Unfortunately, breakfast was very limited. No yogurt, no butter, no juice! We were told the truck had not arrived. The bacon, sausages, peppers and scrambled eggs were all served in the same greasy skillet. No biscuits for the sausage gravy.

I came for breakfast at 7:15 and there crumbs of eggs and gravy left as well as lukewarm coffee. The desk clerk spent her time smoking out front instead of checking on levels of food. I also had to go through cabinets to find forks and spoons.
