Price from expedia differs when checking out ... charged about 10$ more

We did not charged you extra money. Your reservation was $65,80 and that’s what we charged. We were pretty clear to explain you that payments with credit card apply service fees which are credit card fees, you agreed and the payment got done. It was only $5,86 on this fee so you only paid a total of $71,49 which you accepted. I personally asked, if you agreed with the extra fee and passed the credit card because you said yes.
I don’t see why the public complain and the hurtful review to our family business after we talked and I thought you had the numbers very clear.
I thought when you talked to my husband you said you were planning to comeback but is sad and disappointed to find out your disapproval this way when we talked to you all the time and ask you about any concerns or how was your stay and if everything was ok.
Will request Expedia to be more clear with the fees to the guest for this situation not to affect us again.

The owners / family and staff were great !!
They made the purpose of my travel an outstanding experience and were paramount in my fulfilling my dream of owning a property in Ecuador.

Posted 2 Apr 2019 on Hotelsこの度で1番思い出になりなんだかお世話になり、もう少し長く滞在したかったと思います。サーフィンのポイントのモンタニータの隣町で穴場的なホテル部屋から海も見え食堂には無料の水やらバナナサービスが良く朝食も美味しいしオーナーさんとても親切で自分の家見たいにのんびり出来ました又機会があれば滞在したいです。皆様、お元気で。
