My stay at Golf View in May 2024 was very fantastic Staff friendly, resquest was promptly ,would recommend to friends and Families will be staying again.

One of the bathroom shower door was missing. Overall, the stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The staff members were courteous.

Property lacking essential resources for the guests - iron board with no iron, telephone in the room disconnected, turn on the facet in the bathroom water sprays all over. TV without cable box. Breakfast was not desirable. I could go on but I will stop here. Not that place again.

The hotel was nice. The only thing we did not like was the internet. The internet was not good and not stable we had a hard time to do our work.

The hotel was nice and we did appreciate our stay. The only problem we had was with the internet. The internet was horrible. We work remotely so it made our work time really difficult.

I always stay at the golf view hotel but on this occasion I was disappointed I never write a review but on this occasion I will The 2 old members of staff are excellent as always one works on front desk and the other on reseverations The new front desk staff the young ladies they need training on how to deal with customers and people the attuide and approach needs looking into The stupidity of it and suprise is that I was charged for towels having make up on them which is something that can come off in the wash so my charge was the equivalent to £12,00 I was told the hotel has changed ownership and that was their new policy to charge for towels that are stained with make up ect ridiculous these towels are white, during the rest of my stay me and my daughter was watching every stain on the towels and If there was any washing them out ridiculous The room needs to have a mirror long one to at The bathroom one is not sufficient There are loads of improvements need in the hotel and I think it’s gone down now especially with the new owners who has taken over it’s meant to be an improvement not as far as it’s concerned

It was clean. Staff was friendly.i was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room. I travelled with medication that needed to be refrigerated. We did not have any hot water at times and the water pressure was very low. We did not have any television or phone. I was told that it should have been communicated to me when I did the booking
