Very nice hotel, the staff was kind and available. I take into account that I was in a different country with it's own culture and environment.

The staff at the Maayo hotel was very helpful and did a great job on all aspects of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk and porters quickly helped with check in and check out and transport.
The food in the two restaurants we ate in was delicious and large portions. The chefs did very well. Breakfast buffet was one of the best i have had in more than 40 years of traveling.Pool was great a unique view, and staff there were great. Freindly staff, great food, excellent rooms. Would definitely recommend when staying in Cebu, the Maayo Hotel!

Staff were so courteous and very welcoming. Rooms and hotel premises are very well maintained.

I like friendly staffs and amenities but the beds were sagging. It wasn’t comfortable at all.

Nice and clean. Service staff are very nice too and approachable. Their breakfast buffet has lots of varities we enjoyed it so much. See you on our next vacation maayo hotel.

Late check in the night I’ve arrived and they are accommodating except they forget to give back my ID and didn’t even bother to call my room not until the morning when I needed it and thinking where the last time I showed it. Other than that would stay again.
