Great staff

Valuable Experience
Posted 18 Feb 2015 on HotelsNice Sweet Hotel has a friendly staff that are helpful in many ways. Unfortunately at our stay, there were issues with the water. That is not their fault and the fixed the problem right away.
The bed was comfortable, clean, as was the room.
The breakfast was good, but a little cold.
I submit that for the price, the hotel offers a valuable experience.

Probably wouldn't stay there again
Posted 11 Jan 2015 on HotelsHotel let us check in early after our overnight bus from Yangon which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable enough that we were able to have a good night sleep. The hotel isn't close to any of the sites but Mandalay in general is spread out so you need a taxi/scooter to get around anyway. The one disappointing thing is that they wouldn't let arrange a 'take away' breakfast for us even though we had already paid for it, response given "you will have breakfast on the ferry to Bagan"...which wasn't much anyway and seemed irrelevant statement to make anyway.

We let you 'take away' breakfast,if you request. If you went to Bagan by boat , we just gave boat information related with breakfast. If you went by bus, you can eat breakfast because our breakfast time is start from 6:30am.

Incredible Staff
Posted 9 Dec 2014 on HotelsThis is a new hotel, but in a part of town that is not yet developed. The staff are excellent, they went out and bout me food and cigarettes at no extra charge/ fee because they are in a part of town where it would have been a 15 minute walk.

Posted 3 Dec 2017街の中心からややそれてはいる。さらに、マンダレーでは流しのタクシー、モトバイがほとんど見られないという状況であるが、ホテルでその両方とも手配をしていただいたので不便はなかった。
