Comfortable, spotless, and convenient, close to Royal Palace, Mandalay Hill, and Phaung Daw Oo School, where I was working. I found the staff as welcoming and pleasant and polite as previous times when I've stayed here. Any problems were immediately addressed and solved, such as the ceiling light over the bed that needed a new bulb. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Nice hotel close to Mandalay Palace

- Close to Mandalay Palace
- Friendly staff
Mixed:
- Staff's English communication skills are challenging at times
- Helpful organising taxi tours (albeit overpriced/ripping off a little)
Bad:
- Small room
- Air-con not always on (auto switch off with the key card extraction)
- Room not so clean (especially the floor - you can't walk around barefoot)

安くて、マンダレーヒルにもマンダレーパレスにも近くて立地が良いホテルです。

Good and affordable price.
Posted 1 Nov 2017Staff are very attentive. The room is clean. Good location you can see Mandalay hill from the window. The hotel rating is 2-star but I think it should be 3-star.
