Excellent vacation package. Really nice staffs. Transportation to this hotel is the only minus.

Amazing vacation

It was amazing, all the employees were very friendly and ready to assist. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintain. Food was very good. Road to the hotel needs attention

Not 5 stars but nice beach / Very pricey

Not 5 stars. The customer service is not up to par with 5 stars and the food was awful so expect to eat other places about 20 mins away. No one tells you that the road getting to the hotel is the bumpiest ride I’ve ever experienced. The beach was my favorite part since it’s private. The rooms (we got the garden view) did not look like the pictures like they were smaller and outdated. Front desk is useless when you have problems and they tried to charge me double for my food. Beach Water is too cold and strong to go in plus lots of rocks but they offer paddle boarding at the hotel. This hotel is pricey for what it is…

They want take your money with extra charges for everything and when you asked them for the extra charge, they said is hotel fee

The hotel was fine, but we had an issue that we accidentally left a wallet where we had been having a drink on the property and while I didn’t expect the cash to still be there - it was surprising that everything inside was taken. Its slightly surprising at a hotel of this price that this happened. I realize a lot of it was on us, but it’s unnerving all the same.

An oasis in the middle of the desert! Loved everything about this hotel. The only thing I would improve will be the pace of the service at the restaurant. Other than that, highly recommended
