Our reservation has the purpose to visit our daughters who lives at Berford and attend a graduation ceremony. We just need a place to sleep because durig the day, we were enjoying our family. We really apreciated the positive environment approach, but never visit our room to pickup garbage, change our towels or change the bed sheets.They said the cleaning staff will go after 3 days, but it doesn't happen. At the 4th day we asked at front desk at least to pickup garbage and change our towels. Also ask to replace the coffee pouchs. The guy at the front desk take note, but again, it doesn,t happen. We check out at the 6th day and never receive the cleaning staff. Also, I have to say that the clenaliness in the bathroom, specially the bathtub was poor with dark lines (just need a little bit of clorox or something like that). I have photos, just in case you have a real interest in attend this situation.

Mr. Ramon I apologize this stay wasn't up to par, I will have maintenance redo the Cocking on the tub and make sure my housekeepers do better cleaning. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback

Staff did not advise housekeeping is every other day. Requested clean towels and had to bring my dirty ones down to front desk to exchange for clean towels. Both televisions in room did not work. Checked in on Wednesday and televisions started to work on Saturday. Day before check out.

For a Marriott it was outdated and dark. Not what I expect from a Marriott.

The room was hot and the AC didn’t work….didn’t sleep very well and wasn’t happy…told the front desk and she tried to get it going with no luck….hotel was sold out so all they could do is get me a fan for night…
