A bit of a mixed experience. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but there were a few issues with the room. Parts of the wall seem dirty with odd marks. Tried to call reception, then I realised that there was no phone in the room. I spoke to the reception team to make them aware of this, the solution offered was not to bring a phone to the room and connect it to the available wall connector, instead It was for me to call the hotel with my mobile if I needed to speak to the reception team while in my room.
Apart from the above issues, it was an ok hotel stay.

The room allocated had terrible black mould in bathroom, window, walls over window. Allocated another room , significantly less mould. Dirty cups in restaurant, chairs with stains , tired looking and in need of an aggressive deep clean . Breakfast dishes not replenished, so if you’re not a 7:30 person you don’t stand much chance ! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel , only chose it because my conference was there !! Wish I could of got a refund for the stress of changing rooms and the rude manger ! 🙄

It was cheap and cheerful. There was quite a lot of noise in the night and the breakfast service was late starting.

Taps barely worked, shower pressure not great with the temperature being unstable. Left my partners cap in the hotel, and seems like this has possibly been taken by a member of the housekeeping team. Not the best location. It is however at least clean, and the rooms are okay. Wouldn’t recommend overall.

Great customer service. Room is on the small side - as described - which is perfect if staying a couple of nights and need a safe place to sleep. Place is clean, and very accessible.
