The location is great every staff member we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Room clean and had everything we needed. Nat a nice place to end an evening.

Very close to the Manchester Piccadily train station. An easy walk to the hotel. Very close to many restaurants and pubs.

Great location. Rooms have all you need for a short stay. Comfortable lounge area in the reception.

Superb location right by Piccadilly rail station. Great views from 11th floor and decent sleep . Room was nice and clean except the carpet could do with a deep clean / replcement. Nice staff on arrival and departure. 15 minutes walk to Etihad Stadium and Coop Arena

Great location for station.Clean and comfortable rooms. Shower not very powerful and no extractor fan in bathroom to clear steam. Staff very helpful and pleasant.
