Great location and very central! Landlord was very helpful - the original flat wasn’t available due to maintenance issues but they provided good communication and an alternative. Very happy with our stay!

Excellent peace full stay

It was very nice to stay with family for holidays in apartment rather than staying in any 2,3,4 or 5 star hotel.

After a bad start as the cleaner hadnt been in before we arrived we had to notify them and to their credit they put someone else out very quickly we settled in had a little issue with the hot water but managed to get it sorted think the property could do with redecorating and a general maintenance check as far as what we required it was acceptable but not if i was with my partner

One reason we choose the apartment was free car parking but when we got there we weren’t allowed to use it. Lots of things in the apartment were broken, for example light bulbs and the lock to the balcony door was very dodgy. There was a cigarette butt on a chair on the balcony. The car park was full of rubbish when we arrived although this was cleaned the next morning. Despite this we enjoyed our trip to Manchester.

The reason for not being able to provide car parking is because a private car parking company were awarded the contract to monitor the car park by building management a few months ago. We have tried for months to work with this company with no success to get spaces exempt and for allocated spaces. After many unhappy guest getting parking tickets the decision was made to withdraw car parking. Building management also organise and arrange bins and rubbish collections. The apartment is due to be updated and new facilities added in the next few months. Best wishes
