one thing is that they told me that local calls within manchester is free (9-07), but i got a bill of 0.5 pound per call.

Service with a smile.

Great stay. Not only were all the staff extremely helpful, but any requests were greeted with a smile and a speedy response. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

Very Very happy with Hyatt House Manchester!

I stayed at Hyatt house in September, and decided that on my next work trip I would definitely be coming back. Clean, comfortable rooms, good customer service a breakfast to die for andclose proximity to the University as well as restaurants, shops and train station. Im so happy I came back and will be returning again and again as im now coming to Manchester often. Very very happy with this hotel!
