Didn't like loud music at 6am in the breakfast area. The people on the desk were helpful but not that knowledgeable about the area.

The staff are very professional and extremely helpful with all queries. The rooms are clean and functional with basic facilities. Good value for the money. The lounge/bar area is very welcoming.

Nice, friendly, no frills but stylish property. Quite expensive for what you get, rooms are very small for 2 sharing. Good central location at the train station for easy acces!

Amazing rooms, amazing cocktails, conveniently placed right next to Piccadilly station and security on all night so felt really safe!
