Very relaxing week. We were placed in the Selin hotel which was an upgrade. Great choice food very tasty. Italian definitely worth the €20. Staff very attentive and friendly.

Amazing vocation

Such a great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. The hotel management was super nice and upgraded my room. Definitely recommend to everyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The resort is in a good shape and well managed, hiccups here and there but staff was going out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Yana in guest services was always super helpful, Nazgul at front desk as well. Lifeguards were plenty and professional, both at the beach and pools. Food was excellent at the main buffet restaurant, but not so much at the a la carte restaurant that we tried. We got a swim-with-turtles trip from some out of resort watersports company and there were no turtles at all. We found out there's a known place with plenty of sea turtles under the bridge 5 mins walk up the embankment. They love eggs and cheese. Fulia is a big hotel and two elevators are not enough, look to get a lower floor. Nice entertainment / animation. Beware of the shops selling same stuff you can find outside of the resort but at 3x the price.

The pools and entertainment were good. The service was slow food repetitive, drinks and outside bar disappointing, never enough staff on, Beds in the room were very uncomfortable ( hard ). Towels on sun loungers could never get a bed and bar chairs uncomfortable I received my VIP bottle of wine but no cork screw to open it with.
