Great location. The staff was friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were really good with a good variety of breads, fruits, yogurts, salad and meat. The beach wasn't overcrowded during our stay and we had no issues finding a chair. The hotel convenient store was also good and not overly priced. We also had lunch at the hotel restaurant and the dishes were very good.

Staff is amazing, beach is good and very close, hotel territory is nice. Breakfast was good too

On arriving at 1:30am we were told the hotel didn’t have our booking. We showed them our confirmation and they said they had no rooms available. The choices were a room with a non working bathroom or one without electricity. The next day the manager said it was a mistake and they did have our booking but didn’t apologies. I asked for a partial refund due to not being able to use facilities in the room (no lights, couldn’t shower because the room Was so dark, couldn’t charge my phone to use the torch as there was no electricity) he was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional saying silly things like ‘what do you want to do shoot me’ and I should just accept that I had to stay in a room with no Electricity because I can afford to go on holiday. He made no attempt to find a solution for us and just ridiculed me. The whole experience was very unpleasant- DO NOT STAY HERE

Dear Sirs, I had information in the morning that the night staff couldn't find the reservation and there was no electricity in the room. The electricty problem is solved in the morning. I also offered the clients to change them another room. I offered them to get free dinner in restaurant but she refused and insist on to refund . I explained that We had no payment yet that's why to rufund is not possible at the moment. It is recomended to contact with Expedia.Expedia called hotel and We explained what We offered. I apologised from them but the lady was shouting and provocating.She didn't give us any respect and chance for a solution. We tried to compensate and have a solution here in hotel We are so sorry for the situation and really apologise from the clients for that. Unfortunately We couldn't get the chance to make them happy for a pleasant stay. Your sincerely Leda Beach Hotel Menager

I was asked extra price (twice the listed price) by the person at the front desk. The payment had already been paid through Expedia in dollars. So, it was not an issue of the recent value loss of the Turkish currency over dollar. I had not been contacted by anyone for any explanation before I went to the hotel, where I waited by the reception for 5-10 min until a middle-aged/old man showed up. He was not expecting me apparently (for whatever reason), but he found my reservation upon checking his computer. Since I made my booking the day before, my feeling is that he had not even (appropriately) checked his computer for at least a day. He suddenly assumed an authoritarian and grumpy character, asked where I was from, started talking to me without even making an eye contact, and pulled out a sheet of paper with a footnote in tiny letters stating that the hotel does not have to honor the listed fee for those who cannot produce a foreign passport or any documentation of foreign residency. He basically said that they charge extra fee for Turkish residents. I don't know if this type of discrimination is legal, but it is certainly unethical. I didn't even question the reasoning and had to leave the premises. I essentially have to endure and fight against racist discrimination abroad all the time; never expected that I would be subjected to one in my own country. I would not even use the bathroom facilities at such a place, let alone thinking about having a relaxed vacation.

Dear Partners; The reservation reached us through Hotelbeds. The origin markets is written Unated States.We noticed in check-in time that the reservation is from domestic market. The contract prices are not valid for domestic market. The Client also saw that information. It is kindly informed that If he can pay domestic market price to stay he can stay but hu refused paying and extra amount and he left from hotel. He did not check-in and did not stay in hotel. It is recomended him to contact the company where he made his reservation. We did not make any fault as hotelier. We tried to find a solution but he did not give any change. Kind regards,

Self living hotel, near to beach, near to city centre but they do not accepted Expedia hotel pricing and requested extra payment.
