All the rooms, other than honeymoon suite are ALL the same size. Food, overall, is below sufficient taste wise. The beach is REALLY hard to walk on, do not expect sand. Getting in and out of the water is pretty difficult. The pictures of the property are very deceiving in the sense that you get the idea the whole shoreline of the hotel is vast and swimmable, its not the case. There is a very tiny tiny part of the beach where you can go swimming. The pool is big, although the pictures make it seem bigger. On a positive note, its an ideal hotel if you are looking to travel with your dog. If you do pick this hotel, please make sure to tip the staff, they are way overworked and are very friendly and hospitable.

We liked the layout of the resort the rooms, bar, swimming pool and restaurants. It is well designed. Most pleasing was the beach staff who collected plastic bottles left by guests. There were recyclable bins by the rooms.

Really bad - avoid staying here

Pros: Honestly: nothing!
Cons: Not once was I asked if I enjoyed my stay. I was trying to raise my first issues, but I had to go complain 3x to be acknoledged: after this I gave up.
Location: Haven't done much nearby... Beach is not great, full of small rocks and pebbles. This may be the same everywhere in Turkey, I dont know.
Overall really negative experience, the hotel fails to look after its guests on every account. Rooms are tiny and not clean (our bathroom mirror and sink was not cleaned once throughout the 7 days of our stay, bed-linen had holes in it etc), food edible, but not nearly as good as expected at a similar resort. Every 2nd time I was given a glass with a drink, the glass was dirty Most of the staff members have a quite strong body odour. The pool and public areas were extremely dirty: there was a band-aid washed up on the walkway next to the main pool, which was not cleaned away throughout the 7 days. There are about a 100 more things I could mention, but it is not worth my time to think about this hotel any more...

Perfect hotel if looking for romantic short break

Had an amazing restful few days . Food quality was good . Staff attention to detail was good . The effort put in by the entertainment team was excellent but they were left short by not being supported by any external artists being brought in except for on their day off .

No style or substance

Pros: SENTIDO prides itself on its brand values and concept. Unfortunately none of these were evident in our trip to Flora Garden. We feel thoroughly miss-
Cons: Staff training, food, facilities
EVERYTHING is an upsell at this hotel. Having been round the world to experience all inclusive this is the meanest, grabbiest and poorly operated hotel I've experienced at this level. You pay for drinks after certain times, all al la carte dining is extra, bars are closed whilst you're still drinking in them (and paying extra for the privilege). And I'm talking about midnight. Not early hours of the morning. The staff Due to the current economic climate the hotel is operating on about 50% occupancy and a skeleton staffing. There were some outstanding staff there working their socks off to make the best of a bad situation - Mahymed on reception did all he could to fix problems. The difficulty was that the infrastructure meant there was a severe limit to what would be done. Surdan and the name from facebook that I don’t have Vix provided great service in the restaurants. The entertainment team where pretty standard except for one extremely agressive member of staff - Salamen. After shouting at us over dinner and making agressive motions towards us, his colleague actively sought us out to apologise for his behaviour. We all have bad days so I'll let this one slide. The guest relations team was a mix of pleasant but ineffective : Irina, super lovely. Then by far our worst customer experience was from Senem: rude, surly and ineffective at her job. In the end we had to communicate via email as she was impossible to talk to and snappy.

Good place for Olderly
