Property very good and just beside the Teatro Amazonas. The surrounding is not very safe at night

Hotels in the center of Manaus I would recommend and choose Juma Opera only next time

No hot water. Ac broken

Comfort with excellent location in Manaus
Posted 12 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe Hotel Juma did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. A large group of us had dinner in the restaurant 1 evening with a violin and cello played in the background, highly recommend the food was excellent!
Food and drinks may be ordered and delivered to their rooftop swimming pool which we used several times during our stay.
Only negative their bar area in the lobby is quite small, although plenty of seating on the terrace.

No hot water and constant hammering and drilling by workmen

Dear JosephThank you for your feedback about the Juma Opera Hotel.We regret that you could not stay in the desired suite during your stay with us, the hotel only has three suites and unfortunately, we had a maintenance problem in the chosen room and we suggest you change it to an apartment of a category just below the chosen one, Luxo category with full overlooking the Teatro Amazonas and with very similar size. With this change, we corrected the daily rate, reducing it according to the new category occupied.Regarding the hot water, we have solar panels that heat the water served in the rooms, such a system collaborating with our commitment to sustainability and clean energy for the hotel. When the occurrence of climate change does not favor heating by the plates, the system immediately activates the alternative heating system, however there may be a slight delay. We are already modifying our entire heating system for an almost immediate supply of hot water in all apartments.During your stay, construction work was taking place in the vicinity of the hotel and we regret that it disturbed your rest as it is not a usual occurrence. The Juma Opera has double glazing windows in all its rooms with the aim of providing guests with greater comfort.Looking forward to welcoming you back once again!Best Regards,
