A waste of $245 for 5 nights at hotel Cisneros

Well to start i booked a 3 bed room they gave me 2 beds. The room said AC and they said i had to pay extra $15 a night for it. The water coming out like a water gun no pressure dirty water. The whole experience was horrible and do not recommend just cause it was cheap. Never stay here. Trust me when i say it and save you a headache. That's how bad it was.Go to a name brand hotel that you know you will pay a bit more but get excellent quality.

Thank you for your feedback. We take very seriously our reviews. We have read your reservation and clearly said you booked a triple room with fan and not air conditioning. The quality of water is submitted by the local authorities, is a normal water quality. Please do not expect a five-star hotel experience when we are a hostel in downtown Managua. We do our best to keep comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Thank you.

This hotel is well located, close to the monumental district and lake Managua, well maintained and friendly.

Rude

Not only the place looks more like a cheap backpack hostal, but the owner is extremely rude both with the guests and employees. He screamed at his employees in front of us and made one of the ladies cry.

I have to mention that this is not the real version. This customer along with his fiancée presented an inmoral performance at his stay. Very drunk and very demanding to our staff while was asking for a breakfast. We don’t want customers with the wrong actitudes and wrong expectations.

There was no internet available for the hotel guests ( muy importante) it is not all about HBO and Showtime channel..I need to use my what's app to contact family ..and check my emails

Dear guest: the hotel has internet and the passwords are available in front desk at the right wall, available for any guest. Also, Nicaragua cable do not have HBO or showtime channels only through satellite service and we do not provide satellite service in our economic rates. Thank you and we wish you safe travels.

They try to charge me 2nd times. The room is very hot. I need to pay 15$ for air conditioning and have to stay inside the room until they turn it off after 10 hours. Rip off hotel. Stay away

Dear Guest: I am checking your reservation and you have book an economic single room with fan. The hotel offers two diffrent rates and air conditioning was not include a the rate. The hotel offers two different options: fan or air conditioning rate. You have booked an economic fan rate and the air conditioning was not included in this rate. We requested to pay the difference between the rates and you avoided to upgrade your rate. We do not try to charge you two times. That is the correct explanation. Thank you.

Stayed here as it was very close to the Tica bus. Local area was fine with a super market down the road. Spacious room, friendly people. Recommend

We had a bit of trouble with what we booked online as to what we were getting. We confirmed what we had booked by showing our confirmed booking through our email and then everything was fine. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Thank you very much to your desk staff and especially your security watchman. Awesome people. The comedor on the corner 1 1/2 blocks away was awesome for dinner. Be there between 6-630pm for hot chicken of beef off the grill. Koodos!!!!!
