Good location
Posted 17 Nov 2017 on HotelsThis place was alright, the older gentleman in charge was a nice person, the location was excellent and the beds were comfy. AC is available at an additional charge.

You bought an economic room does not include air conditioning if you want to tell you that it had an extra value so you should read your reservation before buying a next room you can not give something for the price that is not worth

Posted 20 Feb 2018 on HotelsDesgraciadamente fue una mala experiencia, ya que yo había reservado dos habitaciones y cuando llegue al Hotel solo tenían una y creo que es una irresponsabilidad, me toco ir a pagar a otro Hotel y lo que ya había pagado a través de ustedes lo perdí, no hice uso de ese hotel ya que no estaban las dos habitaciones

disculpe Usted Reservo 2 Habitaciones estaban disponible usted andaba 1 persona de mas y ademas quería cuartos separada para los 2 muchachos es decir final usted pidió 3 Habitaciones 2 individuales, una triple la mandamos otro Hotel de Nuestra cadena de Hoteles ubicado 50 metro usted dijo que pagaría lo extras por favor señora sea honesta y responsable con sus comentario usted tiene negocio y daña la imagen del Negocio por persona mal intencionadas como usted señora

We were placed in a home next door
Posted 17 Jan 2018 on EbookersWe (mother 60, son 23) stayed in Granada for two nights. For some reason the hotel owner showed us to an other building, a nursing/elderly home more than a hotel. The room had no hotel standard, bed linen was poor, no soap, the beds were not made during the day, nor the bin was emptied. Breakfast was served in the family kitchen. Interesting, but not what we expected or paid for.

hotel tiene 2 edificio no es enfermería , por lo que consideramos comentario no adecuado, las camas son grande con una terraza vista a la ciudad de granada, muy fresco y bonito un gran lugar

Pros: Si
Cons: Si, mejorar baños y cama mas cómoda.
Cerca del centro de Granada, el personal del hotel es muy amable, el lugar esta bien, muy seguro.

los baños están en excelente condiciones, camas son totalmente nuevas, por el valor que usted pago le dimos un excelente servicio en todo concepto mas barato en granada por ese valor solo el Hotel Casa Morazan lo da (nosotros mismo)
