In reading the reviews, was a little nervous (worried about mosquitoes in room etc). The room was spotless, hot shower, quiet, breakfast was one of the best ever seen at a hotel (high quality homemade food, omelette station). Extremely pleased!

Everything is good only the rooms need to update or renovation.

I liked how courteous everyone was. The bell man helped us set up the wake up call, the breakfast that’s included and the shuttle pick up

Pague más de 100 dólares por una habitación fea las cortinas no cerraban bien, la cama con una sola sábana el baño muy antiguo no toallitas para secarse las manos, cafetera pero no ponen café, la verdad caro para lo que ofrecen no descartando que es un hotel muy Anti

I arrived at 1:00 am and the property was a little bit dark and my wife fell to the grown because she tripped in a small step. she didn't see.it because of the dark. This area should be more illuminated in my opinion.

It was after midnight, I had been flying since 5am. I was starting to haul my luggage across the street, (Yes there’s a shuttle but I’m stubborn. It’s across the street.) I must have looked as wiped as I felt. A strapping young man who works at Las Mercedes, and was not actually at work yet insisted on getting my bags and getting me safely across. Then he tried to refuse a tip. 😆 (That didn’t work.)
