"Clean rooms but need updates "

"Hotel was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were stranded in San Juan for several days due to weather conditions caused our flight to be canceled. While we were here we interacted several times with staff and they were always pleasant and kept asking if we needed anything. Not too often you run into this. I highly recommend the Hyatt House to anybody wondering if they should stay here. "

"After a very bad experience in San Juan with Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel, we decided to book Hyatt Place Bayamon and it was the best decision we could have made. This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a stressful situation. Everything felt safe, fresh, and well maintained. They completely turned our trip around. We are so grateful for the excellent service and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Stayed for 5 days and 4 nights for my boyfriend's birthday. The room was very clean. The staff was so nice! The amenities were amazing! We did have a small issue getting towels for pool but a staff member was very helpful with that. We were very close to everything, maybe 8 minutes from the beach. We rode scooters from the hotel to get there. The shuttle was very helpful as well and helped us save money. I would definitely recommend but please be aware of the $30 a day fee."

"This location and modern aesthetic cannot be beat in old San Juan. The staff is incredible and made our stay more memorable. With all the local things to do we forgot about the rooftop until our last night and that was a mistake the views are breathtaking. Don’t skip on this hotel if it’s available. Also their cafe has a great latte! A must if you’re staying in old San Juan. "
