Location was rather convenient....10 minutes walking to the Village. Plenty of dining options around town.

Terrible service We had to cancel because of the storm and they made all sort of excuses. Instead of trying to make a customer who returns, they refused to work with me.

Hi Peter, our hotel has some policy that we can't change for you. The manager tried to help you with different options but you don't want to go with any of options instead you threatened the employs that you will leave a bad review about the hotel if we don't give you a free cancelation. I don't know how Expedia let you to right a review without checking in to the hotel and without experience our hospitality.
