Fantastic stay! Loved the room. Only could have been improved with a couple things: more towels in the pool area, free coffee in the lobby in the morning, more light-proof curtains, and TCM on cable!

Had to fix the toilet (twice) due to the flush mechanism being held together with duct tape! No kidding, DUCT TAPE. Also, the room had an ozone machine to reduce the musty smell. Overall, our stay was an expensive disappointment.

Stained carpeting
Carpet not vacuumed
Tub spout detached from the wall
Rotted bathroom door bottom
Dirty and missing tile grout in the bathroom
Housecleaning removed dirty towels and failed to replace them with clean ones (no towels on day 2)
We checked out a day early because of these issues. The front desk staff did not inquire why we cut our stay short, nor did they even ask how our stay was.
The lobby area and exterior of the facility were well kept and clean.
