The first night I stayed it was so loud I only got about 2.5 hours sleep.

Budget accommodation in a central location with free parking. Expect noise from the pub and external traffic but the room was adequate and fairly priced.

The room is basic, but clean, warm and comfortable. Single glazed windows don't keep much of the road noise out but, had it not been for karaoke (which I was warned about and finished at a sensible time) I wouldn't have heard the pub. For the price, certainly can't grumble. Only main gripe was the fire exit sign, which I'm sure is far brighter than it needs to be. Bring shower gel!

Very friendly staff and customers. Karaoke nights loads of fun. Malton has lots of things to do.

Fair stay for a short visit. Mostly OK. Room could do with a chair, and also servicing of the room to top up the tea/milk etc... Was quite noisy in the evenings due to music in the pub area.
