Unfortunately we had terrible weather for our stay at Malolo which obviously the resort can't control. However they can control how they manage the customer experience during such weather and I don't think they did a great job at this.

Beautiful resort, very friendly staff, loved the bure esp the bed, loved watching the boats go by, stunning main building, pools.

Best snorkel/resort ever!!
Posted 22 Feb 2024 on HotelsFabulous stay, understand why it was voted best Fiji resort. So beautiful, comfortable, quaint, complete… staff were over the top caring and “real”. So much to do, great location. Sunsets were amazing, close to top surfing and snorkeling. Free access to lots of “toys”, kayaks, paddle boards, honor cats, high end snorkeling gear… And did I say that what an incredible staff!!!

What a beautiful, happy, relaxing place! My husband and I had the perfect time, a week of rest and swimming and drinking champagne. The staff at Malolo is incredible. They truly go above and beyond in every instance. We’ll definitely be back!
