Very average and overpriced. Limited service throughout the hotel - rooms are only cleaned every few days, beach towels only changed 3x per week and if you miss the 2 hour slot or are out of the hotel you have to keep them. This is not well communicated so we only had 2 or 3 towel changes for 10 day stay. Won't be returning, there are much better choices at this high price.

Lovely large hotel with lots on to entertain the children I found there to be lots of choice for breakfast but evening meal was very poor. Rooms were nice and big but need updating

The rooms could do with a re-furb. The maid service was very disappointing. They made the beds at best but getting clean towels etc was a struggle. Lots of rubbish around the pool area, lack of sun beds. People were having to take turns sitting on them from very early hours to reserve them.

Lovely staff and a great range of activities. The building is getting a bit worn down now.

Staff were always helpful, friendly and worked very, very hard. The Entertainment team worked non-stop to keep kids and adults alike entertained.

Our room was infested with bugs for the first three nights. On the third night, the bugs attacked three of our four kids. Our two-year old had trouble sleeping because of the massive welts on her legs. We provided the hotel with photos and videos -- of the bugs and the kids. And yet the hotel has not yet honored our request for a partial refund of $500-plus we paid each night. This is totally unacceptable to us and I would hope it's unacceptable to Expedia, which is how we found and booked our trip.

Dear Expedia user, Thank you for your feedback with regard to your stay with us. I am really sorry to hear that you did not enjoy the experience in our hotel to the full. I would like to take this opportunity to mention that the hotel has never had any bed bug issues reported before. As soon as you reported this, an external pest control company carried a complete inspection and they have not found any evidence of the presence of bed bugs. We tried to act immediately by moving you to a superior room after confirming myself and the team there were ants in the bathroom - something that unfortunately due to the large gardens that surround the hotel can't always prevent. Although I would like to assure you that we have a specific preventive pest control plan in place as well as regular treatments to avoid their presence in the hotel.
