Very friendly staff and lovely hotel with swimming pool on the roof with amazing view.Delicious food and big variety of everything on the buffet.Would love to visit again!

Good breakfast buffet, the roof terrace was nice with a bar there. Day staff were lovely n check in. One of the night staff was very rude and unhelpful when my sister checked in late and it took 10 minutes to find the voucher. She’d arrived on a delayed late night flight and they could have checked our names and bookings but the woman was the opposite of helpful- scathing even. Felt Lost unwelcome. Not keen on the area. Nice beach though.

Complains raised daily, no one ever helped. In 10 days the room was not cleaned once, only beds were done. Bathroom was very dirty and sink never washed once Extremely unhelpful stuff

Be careful before booking this hotel. We were a group of three and stayed in a studio room, which wasn’t too bad. The shower isn’t very good and there was some damage to walls in the room. We had an incident with the staff, where some of them were quite rude. I get the impression they don’t like tourists, which I kind of understand, however, this area of the hotel (and the hotel itself) gave me the impression of a party area/hotel? I’m not sure why you would work in the hotel or industry if you were not willing to put up with this, to a certain point at least. I overheard a cleaner say tourists ruin the place! We were fined €100 for going in the pool after it was closed. We accept we were wrong and knew this and so apologised. The staff at reception then proceeded to ask us to pay a €250 fine! We thought this was very unfair. The situation escalated where we found the staff started to be rude to us. After an hour, we then agreed to pay a fine of €100, as the police were threatened to be involved. We think a written warning would have been sufficient for our actions, as there was nowhere in the rules that said you get fined a large amount for breaking rules. We also had to pay the fine in cash - this seems strange and also how the fine was reduced… we think they make up the rules as they please. I will also say, that not all staff are like this, some were actually very polite. The area is mainly Dutch/German tourists, so if you’re not from here, this is something to know.

My stay for 6 days was slightly alarming. You had to pay to have a remote which I was not pleased with and pay for the safe. The staff was lovely. The room never had a fridge which was annoying. The rooms were hard to find as the hotel is so big. More signage needed. Overall I would say6/10 I accidentally came out on the wrong floor and scanned a room door the door open-end. This was alarming it was the same place as the previous floor on the upper floor . I would recommend this for people that are not planning to spend much time in the hotel.

This hotel lied about parking. Then, they lied and said that I was a no show. Now, they refuse a refund after they sent me to a sister hotel where I spent almost $300 per night to makw up for their lies. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! HOTELS.COM WILL NOT HELP YOU.
