Great service, friendly staff, clean rooms, property is very well maintained. We loved our stay at this hotel. It is nearby a street with shops and restaurants which was great for our afternoon walks. Also, one of the best breakfast buffets I've ever had. Would definitely go back again!

This hotel is now one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help you, and make you feel welcome. We are from Canada and unfortunately don’t speak Spanish other than a few words but the staff were not offended and were happy to help us in English. We ordered the half board which gave us breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is amazing. Such a huge spread of food on a buffet with a few options available on menu. We ate a huge breakfast which powered us through out the day as we explored the island and returned back for a wonderful dinner. The dinner menu changes each day and they display it at breakfast so you can choose if you want to eat there or prefer to try something different. If you’re interested in eating at different restaurants for dinner I would suggest only getting the breakfast. However, the dinner is great if you just want to eat back at the hotel. The dinner has a salad and dessert buffet and you have a choice of 4 items from the 1st course and then a choice of 4 items on the 2nd course. The portions are on the smaller size which is perfect for us because we kept breakfast as the larger meal of the day. There is free parking which worked out great for us as we rented a car to explore the island. The hotel was quite and that made it easy to sleep at night. By the pool there is a bar that serves lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the pool and bar area

This hotel is not a 5 star would be probably a 4 star they extended towels after use and the spa was inconveniently unattended the service at the restaurant is slowest than a slow dining, be aware that they will take anychances to charge extra like the tennis courts are in a very bad condition and still they charge for the use being part of the hotel not happy not ammused dissapointing before I gave my feedback they received in person if they reply to this like not knowing what it is and “contact us to take care or know more “ thats bs they know very well

Wow, this property was absolutely beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend!

I paid $670 a night assuming that it’s 5 star hotel how it’s stated . Not even close , it’s no more than 3 stars . Who over rates this hotel 5 star definitely haven’t been to 5 star hotel . This hotel doesn’t cost more than 300$ a night . In my room floor was broken , stained robe , dirty towels . Very poor breakfast for $670 a night , they didn’t even have fruits . Good thing about it it’s Their staff , who was very sweet and very helpful and were willing easily to cancel rest of my stay and refund me . Also , this hotel is for people 60 , not if in your 30s
