Nice hotel in a nice part of town. Breakfasts could have been better.

We usually stay at ME when we holiday in Majorca across the road but we are staying in a villa this time on other side of island but wanted a night out in Magaluf this hotel was the best option for us to stay 1 night it was clean good value and very nice staff in good location what more could you want

Not the hotel standard I was made to believe…

Reception staff always seemed to be busy doing everything bar being available to customers… Check in was painfully slow, 4 staff members, only one checking people in. Then, I was about to check in, an existing guest just walked up to the front and rather than the reception saying there’s a queue, continues to deal with her request. Hotel was ok, pool was nice, dinner service finishes very early - glad I was just there for one day/night.

The hotel reception don’t understand English, we arrived early and we get the room till 3 pm The beds are old and make so much noise ( rusty metal frames) No extra toilet paper , no water in the rooms , lots of noise )
