An extraordinary place that is secluded, quiet, and safe. You need a car to come and go, but a very untouched and special part of the island.

My husband and I stayed in a family apartment near the gate of the monastery, inside the compound. It was very quiet, clean and easy to get to truly beautiful walks around the area.

We had small but cozy room for two, clean, ideal for one or two nights stay. The staff was really sweet and helped us, gave us some tips what to see or do in the area. The hotel is situated at nice place, it is an old monastery after all.

A Mallorquin must stay!

As a solo traveller on the GR221 all I wanted was a clean, comfortable and quiet overnight stay in preparation for the last leg of the Ruta de Pedra en Sec the day after. My room was basic and clean with an old fashioned charm that reminded me of a hostel rather than hotel which was perfect. Welcoming and unpretentious. Don't not hesitate to stay here you won't regret it.

Interesting stay in priviously monestery. Nice view to basilica from the room. There are a lot of hiking trails near the hotel. Breakfast is basic but cold tomato soup is realy taste.

The single room is incredibly basic but that was expected and makes stepping out of your door feel even more special. Dinner at the hotel was very reasonably priced.
Loads of lovely walking routes in the area, the pool and botanic garden were great too.
Only downside for me is the shower in the single room. Its very small. If you're a bigger person it may be difficult for you.
I would definitely return here.

The Sanctuary is gorgeous. The staff very hospitable, and the food is good. We had a wonderful stay and hiked beautiful trails!
