Hotel was lovely and being Adults only was a massive plus. Being right opposite the beach meant fantastic views although the sea was a bit lively.

We had a really nice stay at Hotel Negresco. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Playa de Palma with shops and restaurants around. They have a spa, which we used to have a relaxing massage. It was a bit pricy but worth at the end. They also have a thermal circuit for €8 per person.
The airport is just 15min by bus/car from the hotel which is great!
The hotel has a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner, if you can I would highly recommend to get the half board. They don't offer drinking water for free, so buy a bottle at a shop and refill it in the free drinking water fountains in the promenade, there is one on Carrer de Bartomeu Xamena, just 5min walk from the hotel.
The room was big enough and clean.
Our AC stop working on the second night but it was quickly fixed in the next day. The WiFi needs improvement, it's the only thing I have to complain about. Most of the time the connection was very poor.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pool towels require a deposit of €10 in cash and can be changed. Free luggage room after check out. Lockers are €1.

All round fabulousness! Great hotel in a great location. Customer service was excellent by everyone throughout our weeks holiday. Breakfast was a little repetitive but had freshly squeezed orange juice! Would have preferred a cafeteria of coffee instead of out of the machine. But all in all it was good enough and plentiful. Bar food around the pool area was excellent 👌 rooms were a little basic but functional and clean… thank you for a great week away!

Pros very quiet .
Con is our dining experience we don’t drink and if you don’t there was no tap water available to take your medications unless you pay for it .
Bad customer service no courtesy at all .
Not much vegetarian choices and whatever they had was very limited

Great location, nice staff! Easy access to the beach and close to buses into the center and airport! Convenient to get around from there but not near the super touristy zones. Would stay again!

Very friendly staff; great rooms.
Buffet meals were very good!
Bus to downtown and to airport very close which made this convenient.
