Staff very helpful. Considering I'm mainly vegetarian there was a great choice for breakfast and dinner. I didn't realise there was a sister hotel 2mins away to go for Spa facilities and you have to pay €1 for a towel or borrow for €10 from the hotel lobby where I stayed. Found this inconvenience. The sister hotel also has entertainment which wasn't mentioned until I enquired. The photos do not say on the website which hotel each photo is linked to. I wanted to hire a bike but the shop associated with it and person in charge wasn't available so didn't end up hiring one.. Overall good stay

The location was a bit on the side from everything. Nice spa and quite small beach.

Stayed in this hotel at the height of the summer season and our room was tiny! The air conditioning was terrible, it would only work with the balcony door closed and when it did work make a loud noise. Our room was invested with ants everytime we came back to our room it was a game to try and kill the ants. We changed rooms and STILL had ants. The skirting boards and decor wasn’t up to date. The only convenient part was the walk to the beach was 2 mins. Breakfast/lunch and dinner was similar most days. Food wasn’t awful but could be improved.

Great location at end of Can Picafort bay, but within walking distance of main resort. Worth paying extra for room with sea view. Quiet in the evenings as no 'Irish pubs' or clubs in the vicinity. Friendly staff. Food not as good as it looks.

The location, view of the sea, lovely friendly staff and good breakfasts, the only thing that let the hotel down was the evening meal there was little choice for a vegetarian like me , but over all had a great holiday and would return to this hotel again. Thankyou all

Great stay but 2 issues.

Excellent stay throughout. Mini friige in room not very effective. Bar staff service not near as good as all the rest.
