Great hotel! With nice selection of swimming pools inside and beach.
Amazing staff! Well done to Linda and Ines (dining room managers) they couldn’t really answer which food got walnuts and pecans, or might have (my son’s allergy) but they did everything they could possibly do, to make sure food is safe for my kid! Even told me chef can cook a meal just for him.
Seriously brilliant customer service.
Very clean around, nice activities for kids.
Overall very pleasant stay.

The hotel was really nice. Lots of family friendly things to do and staff were amazing. The kids pool with the slides was great and the adults only option offered a nice quiet chill out. I would definitely recommend.

Clean but is a shame that there’s no much entertainment around the hotel area and even activities inside the hotel

We didn’t get the room I had booked, we were on our honeymoon and had single beds, I complained at reception and was told to push them together, when they finally found me a room it was small and next to the Lift it was an awful stay, I could go on and tell you more but what’s the point.
