Fabulous hotel looking onto the beach staff very friendly. Use of nearby pool was great and the breakfast was good

Breakfast not good
Posted 28 Oct 2023 on HotelsStayed 3 nights. Good choice of breakfast but stuck to fruit and cereal on the first morning. The coffee from the machine was dreadful. On the second morning I thought I would try the cooked breakfast. There was none available in the buffet section. The hotel was closing the next day. Stuck to fruit and cereal again and then suddenly a member of staff came out with a plate of beans, tomato, fried egg, scrambled egg, sausage and something resembling bacon. It was truly awful and looked as though it had been left from the day before. I skipped breakfast on the third and final morning. On checking out when I mentioned this the lady told me I should have been offered a choice which would have been freshly made.

Woul not stay again.
Posted 25 Oct 2023 on HotelsRoom adequate, beds very comfortable but bathroom layout and design poor meaning shower was too small and shower head too high. Breakfast was terrible, coffee undrinkable, no decaf, and despite great weather we were not allowed to eat outside, which seemed very petty. Also whilst this hasn't affected my review the adults only policy gave the dining area a nursing home feel, and I wouldn't book one again.

Excellent base for a cycling holiday . It doesn’t have a pool but you can use the one at the sister hotel round the corner . Out on the bike all day so you don’t really need one anyway . Straight opposite the beach

Clean modern decor, small compact rooms with clean en-suite and adequate balcony. We had a bed and breakfast deal- the breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh hot and cold food and beverages. We enjoyed staying at Cabot Romantic mainly due to its close proximity to a beautiful clean beach with great sea water to swim in.

Nice hotel beachfront

OK breakfast but if you aren’t on a package trip stay off the dinner buffet.
Beach is just in front of the hotel and easy walking distance to the center.
