Absolutely stunning Suite! We stayed here for my partners birthday and they were very accommodating and helpful with setting up his surprise. The room was lovely and the jacuzzi was something that you don’t know you need!

Excellent staff with top notch customer service. Hotel is clean, safe, well run and in perfect condition across street from beach, restaurants and taxis.

Great hotel, with a wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff were all so friendly, great pool area and we loved that there was a spa area to use, which was perfect when we had a rainy day.

This hotel is outstanding. Well appointed rooms, with plenty of USB ports for charging phones, etc. Wonderful, attentive, helpful staff, including Melanie, Esperanza, and Carmen in reception, and housekeeping and restaurant staff. One short block to beach. Breakfast buffet is fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel in Puerto Alcudia.
