Nice modern decoration. Clean and comfortable room.
Location is near other hotels, but a little far from city attractions. Limited parking available.
No services available after certain hours. No room service at any time of the day. Reception staff was very nice and willing to help, but restaurant people were kind of rude.

The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice. The member of staff working in the dining room that morning seemed very put out. Wasn’t welcoming.

Very helpful team from check-in to queries throughout our stay and at check-out.
Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options with also some health.
Swimming pool area was lovely, with a variety of seating/lounger/beds. Life guard on duty kept everything ordered and tidy as folks arrived and left.
Was a lovely spontaneous and unexpected touch for a gift to be left in our room on the day of my partner's birthday during our stay.
Really enjoyed ourselves and we had a fabulous stay - thank you!!

Elena who checked us in was friendly she greeted us in a happy professional manner she thanked us for choosing BQ. We had experienced a bad Cruise due to the Weather. We walked in tired and grumpy not knowing what service to expect. Yet her greeting said it all, she made our stay at BQ enjoyable as we were celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary. She went the extra step and provided us with a bottle of Champagne to celebrate and we thank her for that extra service. The breakfast and restaurant staff was also very friendly, the food was amazing a full hot breakfast. Would I stay here or recommend it to others "YES". I would keep the staff if I were management they make a difference its not just the hotel or amenities.
