No air condition, room got very hot during night. Checkin done at different location

We are very sorry if your stay has not been of your total satisfation.
But in the rules of the web , you can see that we do not have airconditioning and the check-in it is in the other hotel.

Väldigt smutsigt och nergånget hotell. Hade det varit i Sverige hade hälsovårdsmyndigheten stängt stället. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

1. No había aire acondicionado y el ventilador que te dejan, no va. Mucho calor en la habitación.
2. No había televisión, al parecer un problema con la antena que en una semana no se solucionó.
3. Te dicen que recepción 24h pero en otro hotel, no en el tuyo.
4. No reponen jabón de ducha, cortinas de ducha marrones de uso y cucarachitas.
El poco personal que había muy simpático, eso sí.

Habitación en un estado que no es para alquilar, puertas rotas, suelos en mal estado, puerta balcónera había que forzarla para abrirla, agua de la ducha salía a cuenta gotas.

Muy amable el personal, el desayuno buffet. No tienen jabón y shampoo.
